Refund system.

When a player starts a new life ( new account ) he had 10 lvl , that's why he can't see/question/answers on /newb . I suggests to change refund lvl to 3. So every newbie can see newbie chat and ger information about server.

Not a bad idea Steve, But players are constantly reminded on the /newbie cmd. If a player attempts to use /newbie while it is toggled off, then a message will appear giving instructions on how to re-enable it. Thank you for taking the time to help others Steve, I personally, will be watching you closely, and if you keep up the good work... I'm sure you will make CA in no time
